Asia Society Museum
Asia Society Museum organizes groundbreaking exhibitions of both traditional and contemporary Asian and Asian American art.
The Museum, located on Park Avenue and 70th Street in New York City, is known for its Mr. and Mrs. John D. Rockefeller Collection of masterpiece-quality traditional Asian works and for its cutting-edge Contemporary Art Collection of videos and new media art by Asian and Asian American artists. The permanent collections are on occasional view.

Hours of OperationTuesday - Sunday, 11:00 am - 6:00 pm, with extended evening hours Fridays until 9:00 pm (except for January 2011 and July 1 through Labor Day). The Museum Galleries are closed on Mondays. From July 1 through Labor Day, Asia Society Museum closes at 6:00 pm on Fridays. |
Admission$10.00; $7.00 for seniors and $5 for students with ID; free for members and persons under 16.Admission is free to all Friday 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm (does not apply from July 1 through Labor Day). |
